Case Breakdown
What does Polaris School of Technology do?
Polaris School of Technology (PST) in Bengaluru offers a 4-year residential, AI first B.Tech program in Computer Science, backed by Classplus, which has raised over $150 million in institutional funding from prominent investors including Tiger Global and Alpha Wave.
Problem
Peak admission season is a high-cost, high-competition window. Differentiating a new-age AI-first institution, acquiring qualified leads, and converting them before the admission window closes becomes increasingly difficult. Education brands face intense competition for student attention, rising cost per lead (CPL), longer conversion cycles, and the challenge of differentiating their offering in a crowded market.
Our Approach
Polaris offered a compelling alternative to studying abroad: world-class, AI-first education in India. The challenge was reaching students who aspired to attend Stanford, Harvard and other leading global universities—and convincing them to reconsider where that ambition could be realised.
Campaign Strategy
We targeted the aspiration, not just the student.
Instead of conventional education creators, we activated study-abroad creators across the US, Europe, Australia and Canada. Their audiences were already evaluating international education, making them a high-intent but difficult-to-convert segment. The strategy reframed Polaris as an alternative to studying abroad, without compromising on educational ambition.
The Execution
We deployed a cross-market creator strategy designed to do more than generate leads: it had to shift consideration, qualify demand and accelerate enrolment within a compressed admissions cycle. 50+ creators within 25 days across the globe.
The Takeaway
In a crowded admissions market, better acquisition economics came from changing who influenced the student not simply reaching more students. The Clout Company helped Polaris turn an unconventional creator segment into a more efficient path from aspiration to enrolment.
